The Prepaid RegisCard is used like any credit or debit card to make purchases online or at any location which accepts VISA/MASTERCARD. This prepaid card is an alternative to cash or a mainstream credit card and is loaded at the time of the card purchase or reloaded at yours or your employers request.
Once you sign up on the RegisCard website you will receive information to proceed with how to acquire a Prepaid Card. Once the card has been received you will then need to follow the directions through the activation process. Once this has been accomplished and the card has been loaded the card is then ready to be used!
You can use your Prepaid RegisCard online or at any location which accepts VISA/MASTERCARD.
Yes! You can use your card at any ATM by using your PIN number to obtain cash off the card or check your balance.
No, you cannot. There must be a balance on your card to use it. You must prefund your card by either bank account, direct download from your employer, or at other participating locations in order to use your Prepaid Card.
After Signing up online for your Prepaid RegisCard, you will be able to add funds through a bank account, at participating locations, or your salary will be directly downloaded on to your card from your employer.
You can check your balance by accessing an ATM or by signing in online with your email address and password.
Please contact us immediately to report a lost or stolen card. Once this is done a replacement card will be issued.
Yes, you can have as many Prepaid RegisCards you desire.
